Can I change the order during the production?
In short, no. All orders are custom made, therefore a change of order means a change of production plan. If you want changes made, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll investigate what losses needs to be covered, and what it'll take to meet the new specifications.
Can I cancel the order during the production?
You may at any time cancel your order, however it will not grant any refunds.
Why do you have to spend 24 hours to test the lights?
The lights we make are rigidly tested, this way we know for sure what you'll receive. Our testing methods allows us to discover potential issues and fix those issues before the lights are shipped.
To which countries do you ship?
We ship everywhere. Our primary provider is DHL door to door delivery, but mix with FedEx, UPS and TNT depending on destination. Once your order ships, you'll be sent the waybill to track your order.
Can I change the delivery info during the delivery?
Once we ship your order, we can not alter its destination. Depending on who's contracted with the delivery of your order, you may reach out to the delivery service to make alterations to shipping. Be aware they might charge extra for changes to shipping.
How long will it take for me to get a quote on full custom lights?
We are usually able to provide designs for your custom project within the next business day. However, it depends on the intended size. For larger and more complex signs, we may take up to 3 business days.
I have found a cheaper supplier. Will you match their quote?
The short answer is no. We pride ourselves on being affordable due to the high quality materials, production and testing of every order. We focus on ensuring you're satisfied with your order, while not compromising the quality of our production.
